While we strive to ship within this time frame, please note that processing times may vary based on order volume and other factors, but we will never take longer than 5 business days to ship your order.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

We ship all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service), and offer the following shipping options:

  • USPS Ground Mail: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days from shipment, depending on the destination.
  • USPS Priority Mail: Expedited delivery typically takes 2-3 business days from shipment, available for an additional cost at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method you select. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount—please check for any current promotions.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly.

4. Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated in the USPS system after your order has been shipped.

5. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Ground Mail: Typically 5-7 business days after shipment.
  • Priority Mail: Typically 2-3 business days after shipment.

Please note that while we strive for timely deliveries, these are estimated transit times, and delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (such as weather or USPS delays).

6. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before purchasing.

7. Refunds for Damaged Items

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, we will offer a refund upon review. To qualify for a refund, you must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item.
  • Provide clear photographic evidence of the damage.
  • Return the damaged item to us (we will provide return instructions).

Please note that refunds are only issued for damaged items; we do not offer refunds for any other reasons.
